Digital Communications Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, concurrent projects and deliver on goals and tasks on time.
• Perform daily execution tasks, conduct audits, and prepare reconciliation reports focusing on timeliness, accuracy, and customer impact.
• Communicate information effectively to cross-functional teams in both written and oral form.
• Create and deliver presentations with minimal direction.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise in essential operational tools as necessary.
• Monitor vital operational metrics and respond to ensure superior operational performance.
• Deliver status updates to key stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage processes and database solutions to support new business and operational activities.
• Evaluate existing operational processes for controls and maintain process documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Program Support processes and initiate improvements and automation activities.
• Develop approach documentation and business requirements for new marketing and operational capabilities.
• Design, implement, and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts for new capabilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional team discussions to develop timelines for campaigns and product development.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver projects, enhancements, and fixes.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Operations, IT, Project Management, or Consulting roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional team projects from requirements to implementation.
• Ability to develop communications, content, and data element mapping.
• Experience monitoring customer communications for multiple brands to ensure compliance with rules, policies, and regulations.
• Perform quality assurance tests on links, images, subject lines, and dynamic elements.
• Proficiency in HTML coding, proofing, editing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand campaign requirements.
• Experience with developing digital communication strategies and overseeing implementation.
• Knowledge of SMS compliance, industry standards, and the CAN-SPAM Act.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Project).
• Ability to work long hours when required and handle risk and uncertainty appropriately.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and strong work ethic.
• Results-oriented with high initiative.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
