Multimedia Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage event registration processes, including creating registration forms and tracking participant data.
• Compile and analyze registration data to prepare detailed post-event reports.
• Design and distribute program surveys to gather participant feedback.
• Compile survey results and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Regularly update and maintain the CHASE Program web page, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
• Create and edit video content for events, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring videos meet quality standards and are optimized for various platforms.
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, event invitations, and announcements, and monitor campaign performance metrics.
• Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms to drive audience engagement, monitoring analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Design visually appealing and informative flyers for events and initiatives, coordinating with the marketing team for brand consistency.
• Conduct accessibility audits of digital content, including websites, videos, and documents, to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

• Experience with web accessibility and social media management.
• Strong writing skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create multimedia content, including videos and flyers.
• Basic understanding of digital content management and accessibility standards.
• Driver's License.
• Entry level experience acceptable.
