About the Role

As a Digital Content Specialist at ATS, you'll play a central role in helping driver recruiting grow and thrive by creating content that addresses the real fears, worries, and questions drivers have when choosing a carrier to drive for. This role involves producing and optimizing content across various platforms, staying ahead of SEO/GEO and AI-driven changes, and collaborating with internal teams to bring authentic driver voices forward. Key Responsibilities

  • Create content that speaks directly to drivers' biggest goals, concerns, and questions—building trust before hire and reinforcing confidence for those already driving with us.
  • Produce and optimize content across blogs, landing pages, email, and beyond—meeting an ambitious publishing cadence.
  • Dig into analytics every day to measure performance, refine strategy, and ensure content is answering the right questions.
  • Stay ahead of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven changes so ATS continues to show up in the right places at the right time as the most trusted carrier to drive for.
  • Train with technical SEO/GEO experts and immediately apply what you learn.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, drivers, and internal experts to bring stories to life, answer questions, and bring authentic driver voices forward.

Requirements

  • Someone obsessed with building trust through publishing transparent and educational content for drivers better than anybody else in the industry.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced content environment and embraces change as an opportunity.
  • Naturally curious, eager to meet new people through interviewing internal subject matter experts and drivers, and comfortable turning conversations into compelling content.
  • Confident in adapting strategy using analytics as a daily tool, but always grounded in the bigger purpose of answering drivers' needs.
  • Resilient and flexible—the kind of person who sees evolving metrics and AI-driven change as fuel, not friction.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO/GEO and AI-driven content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in digital content creation, SEO, or related fields.
  • Experience with analytics tools and content optimization.
  • Ability to adapt strategy based on performance data.
