Key Responsibilities

Organize and upload product content (images, descriptions, specs) to syndication platforms for major retailers.
Monitor and verify that all updates are live and accurate across retailer websites.
Identify and resolve content publication errors between syndication platforms and retailers.
Get certified in key content management and syndication tools and become a subject matter expert (SME).
Work closely with Digital Content Analysts and Managers to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Participate in ongoing training and development, including Acosta's required learning programs.

Requirements

Proficiency in Excel and web-based tools.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and terminology.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required).
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
Experience in the CPG industry is a plus, but not required.
