About the Role

Our client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join their team. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be part of the North American CRM team supporting innovative marketing strategies. The role involves managing CRM campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and functionality of email communications. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies, and the CRM production team.
Identify CRM deliverables and manage all aspects of the campaign including planning, timelines, risks, and resources.
Conduct in-depth QA of emails in each language, ensuring proper functionality and market availability.
Provide insight and explanation to stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities.
Track campaign progress and manage the estimation/re-estimation of work as necessary.

Requirements

AA/AS, BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent certification in Communications or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Communications or a related field.
Basic knowledge of CRM.
Ability to resolve routine problems and perform tasks under close supervision.
Strong understanding of communication and email marketing principles.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in communications or related field.
Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or related certification.
