Digital Content Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and the CRM production team.
• Managing campaign timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources.
• Preparing and submitting use cases and supporting documentation.
• Coordinating creative downloads and updating content briefs.
• Overseeing creative routing, proofing, and finalizing HTML for translation.
• Conducting thorough QA of multilingual emails across markets.
• Educating stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities.
• Tracking campaign progress and adjusting estimates as needed.
• Providing final creative assets to stakeholders.
• Offering on-call support for end-of-month and urgent communications.
• Serving as backup for the email coordinator.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and campaign execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
