Digital Content Specialist (Local to MN)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Author and produce new app pages, web pages, and digital signage content, along with additional content updating and organization to support their digital product roadmap, including the company's personalization and AI channels.
• Update and add content to their mobile app and digital signage channels.
• Work closely with the App Content Manager, Marketing Coordinators, and Project Managers to update content on time.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and creative teams to ensure content accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure audience segmentation through content tagging.
• Assist with editing copy as needed and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience within digital content management.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with content management systems.
• Proactive approach to maintaining a dynamic and user-friendly app experience.
• Proficient in content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Basic HTML knowledge, including JavaScript, JSON, and CSS.
• Ability to work closely with a collaborative team environment.
• This position requires working onsite and in close contact with other team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content management systems beyond Adobe Experience Manager.
• Additional technical skills in web development or digital content tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital content management (minimum 2 years).
