About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and publish multimedia content (videos, blogs, infographics, interactive tools) that aligns with customer journey stages
• Optimize all content for SEO and user engagement
• Manage digital content calendars and align with editorial, campaign, and product launch schedules
• Use CMS and marketing automation platforms to create digital experiences that nurture leads and promote conversions
• Analyze content performance and user behavior to refine content strategies using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush and Hubspot
• Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical topics into clear, benefit-driven narratives
• Participate in campaign development meetings, providing input on creative direction and content planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital content creation, digital marketing, or multimedia communications
• Strong understanding of digital best practices including SEO, UX, and responsive design
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

Nice to Have

• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as SEMRush and Google Analytics
• Experience in multimedia content creation and digital storytelling

Qualifications
