About the Role

At Boston Scientific, enhancing the digital experience for our sales representatives, powered in large part by CRM (Salesforce), is a strategic priority. Our goal is to make the lives of our reps easier and more efficient, enabling them to accelerate strategic selling and positively impact more patient lives. We are seeking a Digital Experience Commercialization Manager to lead efforts across divisions and regions, working to break down silos, ensure a unified commercialization strategy, and develop a comprehensive playbook of best practices to support successful launches and drive sustained adoption across our field sales organizations. The role offers broad organizational exposure and the opportunity to work cross-functionally and globally, making a tangible difference in how we deliver commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate across functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Training, Customer Care), divisions, and regions to ensure launch plans are coordinated and aligned with best practices.
  • Own the 'playbook' for onboarding new functionality and ensure its successful adoption globally.
  • Serve as a liaison to coordinate feedback from divisional partners and ensure the Center of Excellence delivers on divisional priorities.
  • Drive sales representative engagement with the platform and contribute to the analytics process to ensure reporting meets business needs and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide updates to management and stakeholders on progress through regular and ad hoc communications.
  • Attend conferences and seminars to remain current with industry best practices in commercialization with sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related function.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using a complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, with demonstrated proficiency.
  • Experience working in large and complex enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication across multiple organizational levels.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to improve digital tools and processes supporting sales representatives.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and navigate ambiguous situations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in commercialization or product launch strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in digital sales enablement.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-regional environment.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related fields.
  • Relevant professional experience as specified in requirements.
