About the Role

At Boston Scientific, enhancing the digital experience of our sales representatives, driven in large part by CRM (Salesforce), is a strategic priority. The role involves leading efforts across divisions and regions to build a unified CRM strategy, eliminate silos, support successful launches, and drive sustained adoption within our field sales organizations. The position offers broad organizational exposure and the opportunity to work cross-functionally and globally, making a tangible difference in delivering strategic excellence and supporting sales reps to improve patient lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and drive the CRM strategy, partnering with analytics teams to demonstrate ROI and revolutionize the rep experience.
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Training, and Customer Care to ensure alignment across divisions, regions, and functions.
  • Coordinate divisional feedback to ensure the CRM Center of Excellence delivers on priorities and meets business needs.
  • Work closely with the Commercialization Manager to champion rep engagement with the platform, ensuring reporting and analytics deliver actionable insights and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide frequent updates to management and stakeholders on program progress, both through structured reports and ad-hoc communication.
  • Participate in conferences and seminars to stay current with best practices in CRM-driven sales excellence and commercialization.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, sales, business or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales or similar function.
  • 5+ years of working in a complex CRM system (preferably Salesforce).
  • 2+ years using AI tools with demonstrated proficiency.
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments, navigating cross-functional structures and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities through data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborative team member with a focus on enhancing the digital experience for sales representatives.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools beyond 2+ years.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of global CRM best practices.
