Digital Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, display/retargeting.
• Manage channel budgets, bids, audiences, and creative testing to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
• Own strategy for pricing, promotions, content, and reviews.
• Analyze category trends, competitive positioning, and fee structures to maximize Buy Box with our service partner.
• Build automated email/SMS nurture, win‑back, and upsell flows for hardware, ink, and software‑as‑a‑service.
• Drive organic growth by collaborating with the Creative Marketing Director on content calendars, keyword strategy, and on‑page optimizations.
• Present insights in monthly growth reviews.
• Partner with Product and Marketing on launch plans and messaging tests.
• Align promotions with dealer channel to avoid channel conflict.
• Manage external agencies as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing for e‑commerce.
• Proven success scaling Amazon and/or Walmart storefronts.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplace optimization.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building and interpreting data models, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis.
• Experience briefing and managing service partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data into actionable narratives.
