About the Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will support business and hospitality initiatives by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms such as Expedia and Booking.com. The role involves cross-functional coordination with creative, analytics, and media teams to ensure timely and effective execution of OTA advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Digital Marketing Managers to launch and manage OTA ad campaigns.
  • Build targeting strategies and audience segments specific to OTA platforms.
  • Optimize ad placements, bidding strategies, and dynamic content for performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret OTA performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage campaign requests and timelines using project management tools.
  • Coordinate with media buyers and OTA account managers to align campaign goals.
  • Support creative development for OTA ads including copy, imagery, and landing pages.
  • Ensure campaigns are error-free, legally compliant, and brand-aligned.
  • Assist in CRM integration for OTA leads and retargeting efforts.
  • Analyze OTA campaign results including impressions, clicks, bookings, and ROAS.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and conversion.
  • Work with stakeholders to align OTA strategies with broader business goals.
  • Attend training and meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience handling OTA campaign production and optimization highly preferred.
  • 4+ years marketing and/or digital marketing experience required.
  • Experience working on campaigns across multiple channels including OTA, email, web, mobile, social, and print/offline materials.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting OTA media performance.
  • Experience managing and developing digital content for OTA campaigns.
  • Experience developing and deploying campaigns with multiple test cells, varied by message, offer, and distribution vehicle.
  • Experience creating and analyzing dashboards to measure program success (1+ years).
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes or requirements.
  • Excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM/PPC and content management preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or vacation ownership industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in collecting and presenting digital analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and project management tools like Jira.
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field.
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
