AIM is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to contributing to a cutting edge Digital AdTech Firm. As part of a fast-growing company, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills, analyze marketing data, and work with a variety of platforms and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Build and launch marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement.
Use analytics tools to monitor performance of campaigns.
Utilize data to develop new strategies that drive execution of tactics and improved results.
Prepare reporting and documentation for internal use, clients and vendors.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
Creative oriented.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Google Analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent discipline.
Experience with B2C advertising is a plus.
