Digital Marketing Generalist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate and coach offshore team when needed.
• Create engaging content that resonates with the company's target audience (home office staff, agents, and seniors).
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Analyze social media and marketing metrics to optimize engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices in the life insurance industry.
• Perform other job duties as assigned, including general marketing support as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Graphic design skills with experience in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing (preferred).
