About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns aimed at converting potential customers into paying clients while ensuring alignment with the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. As a key leader, the Manager establishes the overall marketing communications plan, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategy and goals. They act as a thought leader with a deep understanding of the brand, market, strategy, and communication channels, driving cohesion and consistency across domains, verticals, solutions, and client bases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Commercial Marketing plan and budget.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in the execution of the corporate strategy, setting tactical plans for digital, marcom (communications and events), harmonizing the vertical plans into an overarching plan.
  • Support compelling messaging, marketing, and communications that resonate with current and prospective clients, promoting the organization's vision, mission, and value proposition.
  • Develop and manage public and media relations, association, vendor, and partner relationships to advance thought leadership, industry involvement, and positioning across in-person and digital channels.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels like digital marketing, content marketing, social media, trade shows, and sales enablement tools to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, tracking KPIs, and optimizing results.
  • Develop strategies to nurture customer relationships, increase customer retention, and promote customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Digital marketing expertise in managing online campaigns across various platforms.
  • Market research and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer behavior.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective marketing plans.
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external leaders, including senior management.
  • Persuasion skills in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing (digital).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing (digital).

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing (digital).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
