About the Role

OrthoAtlanta is looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy focused on SEO, SEM, and digital advertising to enhance our online presence, attract new patients, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns with a primary focus on acquiring new patients.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage overall SEO strategy, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure all best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Oversee website updates to ensure content is accurate, timely, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Collaborate with web developers to enhance website functionality, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities, and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in SEO and SEM management.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms (Display, Video, Retargeting).
  • Strong technical skills with SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and tag management.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing with a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and web content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to communicate complex digital concepts clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.

Nice to Have

  • A Master's degree in a related field.
