Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360 to redefine high-performance standards.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a strategic taxonomy built to unlock scale, pivot quickly, and maintain precision under growth targets.
  • Build and iterate keyword portfolios, ad copy frameworks, and audience segmentation plans to transform curiosity into pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead roadmaps for SEM ad creative, extensions, and landing page experiments to maximize impact and measurable ROI.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for bid management, keyword targeting, content optimization, and performance forecasting to maximize traffic growth and ROI.
  • Serve as the SEM subject matter expert, staying ahead of trends, policies, and technologies to maintain Diligent’s competitive edge.
  • Optimize ROAS by leveraging SA360 and advanced bidding strategies to meet CPL, CAC, and LTV goals.
  • Monitor and refine performance across audiences, devices, and geographies to drive outcomes efficiently and scale spend with precision.
  • Conduct incrementality tests and lift studies to measure channel impact and inform scaling decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, GA4, Tableau) for real-time performance visibility for leadership.
  • Stress-test budgets, bids, and audiences to identify scaling points where incremental investment drives optimal ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on paid search, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in growing annual SEM budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Expertise in optimizing campaign taxonomy across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, including portfolio bidding and automation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with tools like Looker, GA4, Tableau, and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, attribution modeling, and working with agencies or cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing global, multi-product SA360 accounts with high budgets.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate insights.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) domains including ERM, MDO, ESG, audit, and board governance.
  • A growth mindset, competitive mentality, and self-motivation to push limits and take the next career step.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the GRC domain including enterprise risk management, market disclosure obligations, ESG, audit, and board governance.
  • Experience working with agency teams and collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automating workflows and amplifying impact.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on paid search in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in managing high-budget SEM campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
