Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage posting, reporting, and daily community management of priority brand platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook) and new platforms (TikTok, Reddit, etc.) using industry best practices and innovative approaches.
• Strategically plan and map out social content monthly, aligning with brand priorities and marketing plans to grow the brand's presence and increase engagement and site traffic.
• Implement and execute brand campaigns across applicable platforms/mediums in a timely manner to achieve campaign goals and results.
• Manage the library of user-generated content (UGC), including content requests, approvals, tagging, usage, and performance analysis.
• Assist in creating branded email communications and journeys to enhance audience engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs for social media, paid search, blog, email/CRM, and affiliate marketing programs to generate actionable insights.
• Support the execution, optimization, and performance reporting of on-site blog content to improve organic search rankings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Product, Web, Creative Services, Customer Excellence, Channel) to execute digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with digital media agencies, social platforms, affiliate networks, and vendors to execute campaigns.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid digital media, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Emplifi, Sprout Social).
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, AHREFs, SEMRush).
• Knowledge of email/CRM systems and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, or similar tools (Smartsheet, Monday, Excel, Google Sheets).

Nice to Have

• Experience with search engine marketing (SEM), influencer marketing, and/or affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of PR/Media activities.
• Familiarity with SQL, RegEx, and HTML.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and/or InDesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
