About the Role

A leader in learning and development since 1989, SkillPath provides professionals worldwide with strategic and innovative training solutions. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will support multiple marketing functions including email, creation of paid search strategies, SEO support and other digital activities. You'll work closely with our content team to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and is a continual learner. Strongly prefer analytical skills and working with marketing datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, testing and execution of a high-volume email marketing schedule, including campaign creation, editing, and QA testing.
Create and maintain distribution lists and segment queries within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ensure all email campaigns follow industry best practices and comply with privacy regulations.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to incorporate fresh and relevant market insights into campaigns.
Provide support and performance insights across all digital marketing channels.
Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in email, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and other digital advertising.

Requirements

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar email platform preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working knowledge of HTML preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Education - Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent relevant experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

Additional experience with prospecting or other marketing systems.
