Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide reports and metrics to clients.
• Interface with clients to understand their needs and communicate campaign results.
• Create presentations and communicate marketing strategies effectively.
• Learn quickly, contribute ideas, and work independently in a small, remote team environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Google Ads (Google AdWords) and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising, streaming, and geofencing.
• Good analysis skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
• Candidates must be within 100 miles of Boston.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with clients in the auto, retail, financial, education, legal, and/or professional services industries.
• Presentation skills.
