About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join their client on a short-term contract basis to support digital content strategies, manage social media, and coordinate web updates. The role involves working cross-functionally with operations and marketing, supporting franchise openings and content needs. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position requiring a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Director of Brand & Digital Marketing in executing digital content strategies.
Manage social media including quarterly content planning, content creation, scheduling, and proactive monitoring.
Create and edit video content for social media platforms.
Administer Facebook Groups and manage franchise support via Facebook, Google Business credentials.
Generate monthly social media reports.
Maintain digital assets libraries and manage marketing ticket system.
Provide support for franchise operations and web updates.

Requirements

35 years of experience in digital content coordination or social media marketing.
Proficiency in WordPress, Sprout Social (or similar), and G Suite.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience with Canva and basic video editing.

Nice to Have

Background in healthcare or franchise marketing.
