About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist role at Allied Packaging Corporation involves planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage company social media accounts: content planning, posting, community engagement, and paid promotions
Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, website optimization, and content recommendations
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting on KPIs, ROI, and marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with company goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or related field
Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)

Qualifications
