Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign performance data across paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and more to assess effectiveness and inform optimization.
  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards leveraging tools like Google Data Studio, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, uncover insights, and generate recommendations that bring measurable results to clients.
  • Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, communicating complex concepts in compelling, digestible ways.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in media tactics and processes, driven by curiosity and a desire for constant learning.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure continued innovation for clients.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency; comfortable navigating large data sets, finding patterns, and telling compelling stories from numbers.
  • Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel).
  • Hands-on experience with media platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insight for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving; always looking for the “why” behind the “what.”

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital advertising.

Qualifications

  • Experience with digital media analysis and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel.
