Digital Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Executing marketing communications across digital channels.
• Monitoring all digital channels and assisting in the implementation of the credit union's digital media strategy.
• Real-time content management across digital platforms.
• Developing messaging and visual content for the website and social media.
• Helping to manage and enhance the online visibility of the TFCU brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mass communications, digital media, or a related field.
• One year of experience related to developing and producing media, social media, and digital content.
• Managing social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Utilizing technology to design and create original multimedia content.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), WordPress, social media platforms, and social media content management platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing planning, consumer behavior, and branding.
• Interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills, including ability to interact with leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing for publication, copy-editing, and proofreading (AP Style).
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Applicable work experience and/or military experience that may substitute for education.
• Additional education levels or relevant certifications related to digital media or marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
