Digital Media Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, developing, and executing digital and traditional media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Managing online marketing campaigns, including social media management and digital advertising.
• Coordinating radio campaigns to support a comprehensive media presence.
• Developing media plans and marketing strategies.
• Monitoring digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and advertising tools.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and online analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with radio marketing or traditional advertising.
