About the Role

The Digital Operations Assistant is a member of the GP Strategies Digital Performance Team (DPT) who provides support to an OEM's Dealer Digital team. The role involves supporting Dealer Digital managers and team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful outcomes, handling escalated issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to determine resolutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with internal and external teams and agencies.
  • Compile and send agenda topics for meetings.
  • Take complete and accurate meeting notes.
  • Generate recaps and add them to the repository.
  • Coordinate with product managers and agency partners to develop and deploy deliverables to promote solutions to enrolled and unenrolled dealers.
  • Support Business Requirements Document (BRD) processes by QA'ing deliverables, collecting missing materials, and managing status updates in tracker.
  • Assist providers with gaining and maintaining access to OEM systems.
  • Establish role as the primary contact for incoming support requests from digital managers and product vendors.
  • Partner with product managers to expedite issue resolution, follow up with stakeholders, and hold teams accountable.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on common themes such as billing questions, ticket misassignments, and business rule clarifications.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the program.
  • Assist in maintenance training and support content development.
  • Identify patterns where training refreshers or process reminders could reduce escalations and improve dealer satisfaction.
  • Counsel Dealer Digital team on FAQs and processes to enable autonomous resolution of recurring topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5+ years of digital marketing/performance marketing experience within a media agency or OEM program.
  • Familiarity with automotive website/Dealer services and vendors across multiple digital marketing verticals.
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms such as Websites, SEO, SEM, Call Tracking, Social, Lead Management/CRM, and consumer marketing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills tailored to the audience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
  • Strong time management skills to focus on impactful activities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and promote accountability.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Computer skills to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
