This role partners with customer teams to identify, prioritize, and implement customer experience improvements through iterative testing and measurement while driving all strategy and operations related to the creation, maintenance and operation of optimization & personalization activities across web and app campaigns. The position involves strategic mentorship, consulting, and standard methodology dissemination for company-wide A/B testing practices. The role is available in Herdon, VA and Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid work policy of 3 days in-office.
