About the Role

As the Digital Product Fellow, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products that deliver value to both our customers and the business. You will lead cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch digital experiences that align with company goals and meet user needs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering world-class products that have a significant impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead and collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Ensure clear communication across all teams and drive consensus on product decisions.
  • Conduct customer research, analyze market trends, and gather insights to inform product decisions.
  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of product strategy and design.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through to execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, identify growth opportunities, and assess the impact of product features.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and inform future product iterations.
  • Present product updates, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate product decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior product managers, helping them grow their skills in product management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead by example and create a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead product management role.
  • Proven track record of managing the development of digital products from ideation through launch and beyond.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and using customer insights and metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and understand technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Experience in digital product management within e-commerce, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Deep experience in the automotive industry is preferred, with at least 3+ years in automotive or aerospace sectors.

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 10+ years of practical experience in lieu of a degree.
