About the Role

Audacy San Francisco's digital division is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to lead efforts in driving revenue across digital platforms. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of local and regional digital advertising, collaborate with sales teams, and influence product development within a leading multi-platform audio content and entertainment company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team of Audacy Account Executives to consult with local and regional businesses, understanding their needs and crafting tailored digital solutions.
  • Execute a business plan and sales strategy to achieve ambitious digital revenue goals.
  • Continuously train on Audacy's sales process, products, and operations to stay at the forefront of digital trends.
  • Provide feedback to the Digital Agency to influence product development and market positioning.
  • Maintain ongoing consultation with clients to ensure campaign performance and business growth.
  • Achieve market-leading digital sales goals, educate sales managers and account executives on digital tools, and contribute to hiring and managing digitally savvy sales talent.
  • Develop innovative digital programs for client presentations and create solutions to meet clients' KPIs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of media-related experience selling digital platforms and previous sales management experience.
  • Familiarity with internet technologies such as OTT, streaming media, ad tagging, podcasting, blogging, RSS, etc.
  • Experience developing and conducting training sessions for sales teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance if using own vehicle.
  • A 4-year degree is preferred, but experience is highly valued.

  • Prior radio experience.
