The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe's Enterprise customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, high-level architecture assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also bring a deep industry perspective to the organization, delivering vision, published thought leadership, and aligning the ecosystem on an overall industry go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take part in multiple strategy engagements (typically 2 to 6 weeks each) for senior customers, contributing to developing insights and recommendations.
  • Assess how improvements to customer journey and business capabilities will grow revenues, reduce costs, and generate business value, including sizing potential opportunities and helping write business cases.
  • Run ethnographic interviews and journey diagnostics to understand customers' unmet needs and build new web and mobile app experiences.
  • Use Adobe's analytics dataset to compare customers' digital business within industry, revealing insights and actions to optimize performance and customer experience.
  • Assess customers' technology landscape and data strategy, recommending new solutions, integrations, and use cases.
  • Collaborate to define Adobe's perspective on impactful industry experiences, author thought leadership assets, and inform product strategy.
  • Work with deep subject matter specialists and align Adobe's internal and partner ecosystem on industry strategy and go-to-market efforts.
  • Develop as a customer and business leader by collaborating across Adobe teams, rotating across DSG industry teams, and engaging with Center of Excellence teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.
  • 2 to 4 years of management consulting experience, preferably in digital strategy.
  • Interest in business strategy, technology, analytics, or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for new knowledge and the ability to absorb concepts quickly.
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital transformation and customer experience strategies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe's analytics tools and digital benchmarking capabilities.
  • Previous experience working with C-level leadership and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Management consulting experience in digital strategy preferred.
