About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas Distribution Marketing team and collaborate with regional channel marketing partners, FAEs, and sales teams to assess business opportunities, develop long-term strategies, support sales teams, and contribute to market research.
• Drive demand creation in the channel in the Americas region, monitor market trends, and provide constructive feedback to the product line team to grow broad market business.
• Provide management updates on the status of the channel business.
• Act as the evangelist for several new product families and develop new business opportunities while cooperating with local distribution sales teams across targeted applications such as consumer, medical, automotive, and industrial segments.
• Assess regional business opportunities, ensure revenue targets are met, and identify new opportunities, product synergies, and partnerships.
• Ensure timely responses to open distribution quote requests.
• Develop a strategy for long-term revenue and profit growth in the region.
• Be a trusted advisor for customers and sales organizations, providing world-class service and support, including trainings and collateral.
• Contribute to market research by region and segment, providing inputs for TAM/SAM/SOM market models used for business planning.
• Effectively position products at customers and develop a multi-year sales funnel to support future growth.
• Monitor systems for funnel representation and maintain quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Work closely with product marketing on product roadmaps and tactical activities for near-term revenue.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business development and/or distribution channel marketing experience.
• Sense of urgency and strong business growth orientation.
• Experience in semiconductor marketing and operating across different cultures.
• Market knowledge in consumer, automotive, and industrial segments.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth at superior margins.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to meet targets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Domestic travel capability.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range from $169,040 to $276,540 depending on location and experience.
• Eligibility to participate in an incentive plan.
