About the Role

Rehabilitation Institute of South San Antonio is a state-of-the-art, 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Rehabilitation Institute of South San Antonio strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve hospital growth targets.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.
Supervise and coach marketing and clinical liaison staff, ensuring alignment with outreach goals.
Monitor referral data, trends, and community needs to inform outreach strategies.
Represent the hospital at public events and foster partnerships that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
Minimum 3-5 years of business development or healthcare marketing leadership experience required.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
