In this role, you will oversee pipeline creation and acceleration for North American segments, designing ABM, field, and segment-specific programs aligned with how each audience buys. You will serve as the marketing partner for NAMER Sales leadership, building segment-specific marketing plans and connecting the Demand Gen team with other marketing functions to ensure a predictable, high-quality pipeline for Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the number: Drive quarterly sourced pipeline targets for NAMER New Business and conduct regular reviews with Sales leadership to stay on track.
  • Own the relationships: Act as the primary contact for NAMER sales partners across segments like SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Industries, serving as the link between Sales and all marketing teams that drive pipeline growth.
  • Drive demand generation strategy: Develop and represent a unified demand gen plan with inputs from cross-functional marketing teams including Digital, Events, PMM, and Partner Marketing.
  • Run multi-tier ABM: Launch and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 campaigns that convert intent signals into meetings and opportunities.
  • Secure revenue from large accounts: Go above and beyond to generate revenue from the largest clients.
  • Lead field marketing: Orchestrate regional events, executive dinners, and partner activations to generate pipeline and accelerate late-stage deals.
  • Build Executive Briefing Experiences (EBX): Create experiences that inspire, deliver value, and help close deals.
  • Build full-funnel programs: Partner with teams to combine digital, content, and event tactics to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Measure everything: Own reporting, analyze results, and reallocate budgets to meet goals.
  • Coach a high-performing team: Lead, mentor, and remove roadblocks for a small team of Enterprise Marketing/ABM & Field marketers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 4+ years leading demand-generation or growth teams.
  • Proven success owning pipeline and partnering closely with Sales to exceed targets.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as 6sense/Demandbase, Salesforce, Sendoso, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of ABM, events, and multi-channel programs.
  • Ability to turn dashboards into clear decisions and executive narratives as a data storyteller.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and creating new programs or processes when needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with regional or global marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and revenue operations.

  • Competitive salary range: $153,000 - $227,000 USD, based on experience and location.
