The role of Director, Digital Marketing is a strategic, hands-on position focused on shaping how enterprise buyers discover and engage with our brand through innovative AI and search platform strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy to maximize brand visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity, and Claude.
  • Optimize content and website structure for LLM discoverability, semantic depth, and AI citation relevance.
  • Lead enterprise SEO programs, including keyword strategy, content clustering, internal linking, and schema enrichment.
  • Guide the development of high-intent landing pages and knowledge assets based on search and AI prompt trends.
  • Manage digital performance of the enterprise website, focusing on conversion, accessibility, and global optimization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing to localize and scale key experiences across priority regions.
  • Drive experiments to improve landing page performance (speed, UX, content depth) aligned with buyer needs.
  • Lead the enterprise content strategy for organic growth, collaborating with content, product marketing, and field teams.
  • Identify gaps in topical coverage, support creation of AI-ready content, and expand digital footprint through thought leadership and search-aligned narratives.
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for organic performance, AI search visibility, and content engagement.
  • Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and LLM-based prompt analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate digital insights into actionable recommendations for GTM teams, supporting pipeline objectives.
  • Support enterprise GTM motions by working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field, and Web teams, including launches and content hubs.
  • Develop playbooks and feedback loops to make digital performance measurable and repeatable.
  • Perform other duties related to the role and company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related disciplines; advanced degrees and certifications are recommended.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure tech.
  • Experience supporting a global team with 7 to 12+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven success leading SEO, web optimization, and content performance programs.
  • Strong understanding of GEO, LLM optimization, and how generative AI is reshaping buyer discovery.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools like GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Ahrefs.
  • Deep curiosity and comfort with experimentation, structured content strategy, and signal-based marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Hard-working, resilient personality, and a go-getter attitude focused on growth and achievement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital analytics tools like SEMRush.
  • Knowledge of AI and search platform trends such as ChatGPT, SGE, Perplexity, and Claude.
  • Experience in content strategy, web optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
