Position Purpose: Develop and implement digital strategy for enterprise. Execute on digital strategies and plans. Provide strategic and tactical guidance to health plans and specialty companies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital strategy for the enterprise.
Execute on digital strategies and plans.
Provide strategic and tactical guidance to health plans and specialty companies.
Responsible for strategies to enhance digital experience.
Oversee the creation and implementation of digital initiatives, both internal and external.
Manage strategies for the enterprise and coordinate with health plans and specialty companies as needed.
Develop and implement strategies and plans for all in the enterprise.
Oversee website redesign and mobile optimization.
Provide insights into content, user, and industry trends.
Manage insights for user experience and usability compliance.
Lead the development of strategy.
Manage day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience.
7+ combined years of web, interactive or digital communication experience.

Qualifications

Experience in digital strategy development and implementation.
Experience managing digital initiatives and user experience insights.
