About the Role

Meta is seeking an experienced Director to lead the Enterprise Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) function. The role involves driving efficient revenue growth and product adoption by integrating the business with Meta's monetization priorities and transforming the organization into a data-driven entity. The Enterprise business focuses on new solutions such as Business Messaging and Business AI, building an ecosystem of partners, and supporting clients in expanding their customer engagement. The SSPO function ensures strategic alignment, develops go-to-market plans, provides insights, and optimizes operating models for sales and partner teams supporting Meta's non-Ads Enterprise solutions. The leader will develop operational strategies, oversee execution, and drive cross-functional integration to deliver measurable results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define cohesive operations strategy to bolster the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales and Partner teams
  • Guide the development of systems, tools, programs and processes that are operationally rigorous and efficient
  • Drive execution by quickly moving from high-level conversations into detailed operational discussions and planning
  • Tap into analytical understanding of the business, levers, metrics and problem solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and guide organizational effectiveness, proactive talent planning, change management and conflict resolution
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal partners such as Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Partner and Sales leaders
  • Develop, retain and motivate the organization while continually raising the bar for talent

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 14+ years of business operations experience
  • 10+ years of people management, influencing and coaching skills
  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales strategy, planning and operations at a consulting firm or in a corporate strategy
  • Experience building and scaling new initiatives or programs from strategy to post-launch management
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience partnering with and influencing Product and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated roadmaps and GTM plans
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills, with experience solving complex and new business problems
  • Experience navigating through ambiguity and complexity to overcome obstacles with little to moderate direction
