Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oral Care Healthcare Professional Marketing and develop the global strategy for Dental Professionals across all Kenvue brands.
  • Own the engagement and content strategy to drive recommendation share specifically for Listerine across categories and markets.
  • Work closely with the global brand team to bring HCP insights to Category Visioning, Portfolio Management, and New Product Development.
  • Collaborate with Customer Development, Medical Affairs, Insights, and local teams to ensure consistent deployment of HCP content, claims, and initiatives.
  • Develop omnichannel communication toolkits within content effectiveness best practices and facilitate market co-creation and transcreation of materials.
  • Develop HCP strategy by target audience and brand, including role in the consumer journey, impact on brand penetration, strategic communication territories, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Define benefits HCPs can expect from products, and build execution and deployment strategies.
  • Build scientific pipeline in partnership with Medical Affairs, including research plans, advisory boards, publications, and medical education.
  • Plan and execute global and regional congresses and impactful events supporting professional engagement.
  • Own and develop sponsorship, partnership, and KOL plans in collaboration with Scientific Engagement.
  • Drive KPI improvements such as share of recommendation and rank of recommendation.
  • Develop content strategy, toolkit, and messaging maps for markets, segments, and initiatives.
  • Represent Kenvue at external industry forums and stay updated on category trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences.
  • At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience with a strong track record of results in HCP or life sciences-related areas.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, developing innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Life science degree and/or experience in HCP or RX marketing, with the ability to interact with R&D and understand HCP needs.
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Exceptional business communication skills for complex messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate successfully with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing, including data, tools, and creative application.

Nice to Have

  • Category expertise in Oral Care and experience working across markets/regions.
  • Experience leading HCP Marketing.
  • Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and global partners.
  • Experience in market research and analysis, including voice of the customer.
  • Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences.
  • Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in HCP or related fields.
