About the Role

The Director Key Account Marketing role is based in Philadelphia, PA, and involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, deepen client relationships, and generate demand. The position requires applying strategic account management frameworks, creating tailored marketing programs, and utilizing data analytics to achieve business growth and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies to create brand awareness, deepen relationships with economic buyers and influencers, and generate client demand.
Define differentiated value propositions and messages to address key buyer challenges and position strategic and transformative marketing programs.
Apply Strategic Account Management framework to define sustainable account growth strategies and Fields-of-Play (FoP) execution.
Develop tailored and measurable marketing programs and client experience initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing activities within revenue goals.
Use client Strategic Relationship Management tools to develop relationship growth plans.
Use data and analytics to devise business growth programs and marketing plans to deliver business goals and customer values.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation.
Alternatively, a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience.
Three (3) years of experience must include: ROI reporting, Strategic Relationship Management (SRM), Strategic Account Management (SAM), MarketEDGE, Fields-of-Play (FoP), ServiceNow, Aprimo, Salesforce, and DemandBase.
