Director Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and referral programs through innovative and results-focused marketing strategies.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team; assign tasks, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email, social media, print, and event-based marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance management to ensure timely delivery and strong ROI.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to inform continuous improvement and strategic direction.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Sales to plan and execute impactful events such as Groundbreakings, Founders Club Presale Promotions, Ribbon Cuttings, Free Wash Weeks, and GO Club promotions.
• Guide the development of engaging, on-brand content for direct mail, websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Development, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and company objectives.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with internal teams and external partners and customers.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 in a leadership role.
