Key Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to measure channel impact on leads and key performance indicators; translate statistical findings into budget optimization plans and scenario guidance.
  • Manage Marketing Tactic measurement frameworks, including Test & Learn, Pilots, Brand Lift, and A/B testing.
  • Integrate GenAI and Machine Learning solutions into workflows to automate tasks, run predictive models, or enable self-serve analytics for marketers.
  • Collaborate with media, strategy, and Brand teams to understand business objectives and align analytical approaches with strategic goals.
  • Lead NPP Data science team and work with IM team to manage campaign analytics data from diverse sources, including promotional tactic data from consumers and healthcare professionals.
  • Use statistical software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python) to conduct analysis and present findings.
  • Partner with the Center of Excellence team to create visualizations for the Marketing 360 dashboard and provide regular updates on marketing tactics performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; propose and implement innovative techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on marketing mix modeling or related fields.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Bayesian methodologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
