It involves managing strategic initiatives, promoting innovation, optimizing processes, and supporting integrations, with a hybrid schedule of four in-office days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for B2B Innovation and Enablement in line with organizational business goals.
  • Lead teams in identifying and prioritizing high-value marketing initiatives and provide guidance to support innovation, marketing effectiveness, and value delivery.
  • Establish strategic goals, define KPIs, and develop enablement strategies aligned with overall business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the gathering and analysis of market intelligence, such as stakeholder audits, best practices, competitor activity, and marketing behaviors.
  • Manage the creation, curation, and administration of relevant content (e.g., playbooks, presentations, case studies) to support value messaging and ROI business cases.
  • Oversee development and implementation of frameworks and processes to improve value delivery across marketing teams.
  • Facilitate alignment of strategies, messaging, and execution between marketers and stakeholders for effective marketing operations and GTM launches.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and promote continuous learning within marketing and across functions.
  • Identify and address challenges to ensure marketing efforts meet business expectations.
  • Work with marketing leaders to select, deploy, and manage technology solutions that streamline processes and increase performance.
  • Apply best practices in marketing operations, program management, process optimization, automation, and efficiency.
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics (KPIs), identify skills gaps, and offer insights for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor enablement professionals, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing enablement, program management, or related strategic operations, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing methodologies, platforms, tools, and go-to-market practices.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with objective-setting frameworks and value scorecards.
  • Advanced proficiency with roadmaps and reporting tools.
  • Ability to create executive presentations and develop high-impact narratives for strategic business decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Skill in marketing tools such as Adobe, Marketo, Salesforce and data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in road mapping and using data analysis platforms for strategic insight.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing, including attribution modeling, content management, and lead scoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
