About the Role

GoodRx is seeking a CRM Marketing Cloud Operations lead to be responsible for the technical campaign development & deployment across digital channels including email, push, in-app and SMS. This role involves ensuring data availability for audience generation, journey design & development, end-to-end testing and deployment across business units and CRM platforms. The candidate will work with various teams to build customer databases within the CRM ecosystem, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem, specifically Marketing and Data Cloud. The role requires translating business requirements into technical solutions to enable fast campaign setup, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating with internal and external tech teams to optimize features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team involved in day-to-day campaign operations with an understanding of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Serve as internal expert on campaign execution within SFMC platform for CRM communications.
  • Guide and build high-performance, scalable segmentation and journeys on SFMC & SF Data Cloud platform.
  • Lead campaign execution discussions, develop work effort estimates, and present solutions for campaign setup.
  • Unlock new features, technologies, and capabilities to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance on journeys, automation studio, mobile studio, personalization (Interaction Studio), and email studio for campaigns.
  • Build, update, and maintain data models, manage subscribers in SFMC & SFCDP for outbound communications.
  • Lead team in development of multi-channel campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing setup, maintenance, and support guidance.
  • Translate campaign strategy and requirements into solution blueprints.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for campaign or audience/segmentation issues.
  • Identify data discrepancies and resolve data issues through root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketers, product, engineering, and data teams to determine campaign requirements.
  • Develop use-cases and prioritize stories to ensure on-time campaign deployment.
  • Lead quality assurance to ensure error-free campaign execution and optimal user experience.
  • Lead campaign intake, gather requirements, and work with stakeholders for seamless solutions.
  • Develop technical expertise in broader CRM tools used by the team.

Requirements

  • BS degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent in years of experience.
  • At least 15 years of total related experience.
  • 7+ years of leading a team involved in campaign execution and operations.
  • 7+ years of extensive experience as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign execution expert.
  • 7+ years of expertise in writing complex SQL and ETL development with experience processing large datasets.
  • 5+ years of large-scale corporate SFMC and SFCDP platform development and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data modeling and complex audience segmentation.
  • Expertise in building communications (emails, push, in-app, SMS) in SFMC.
  • Experience with end-to-end campaign execution including journeys, automations, data extensions, and queries.
  • Must be detail-oriented with an eye for overall user experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Redshift or other databases.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud.
  • Additional CRM tools and platform knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology or related discipline.
