About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and motivate canvassing team members to meet lead and appointment goals.
• Personally canvass and generate leads while setting the standard for team performance.
• Create and implement performance strategies, territory coverage plans, and effective scripts.
• Recruit new canvassers and develop ongoing recruitment pipelines.
• Thrive in fast-paced outdoor environments with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in canvass marketing, preferably 10 years, with a proven track record in door-to-door lead generation.
• Experience managing canvassing teams in the exterior remodeling industry (roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, solar, etc.).
• Ability to train, lead, and motivate team members to meet goals.
• Willingness to personally canvass and generate leads.
• Ability to create and implement performance strategies and territory coverage plans.
• Experience recruiting and developing ongoing recruitment pipelines.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced outdoor environments with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
