Director of Fleet Sales and Leasing (CR)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set bold goals and crush them on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with existing lease and rental customer accounts.
• Drive growth within the lease and rental segment.
• Identify and pursue new lease and rental business opportunities.
• Drive strategy, execution, and profitability.
• Own the customer experience from first contact to long-term loyalty.
• Be the face of GATR in the field by traveling, connecting, and closing deals.
• Train, coach, and inspire the sales team to be the best in the business.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in trucks or heavy equipment.
• Proven track record of smashing sales targets.
• CRM-savvy, Microsoft Office fluent, and capable of multitasking.
• A sharp business mind, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
