About the Role

The Director of Growth Marketing at Gainwell will own the integrated campaign portfolio for all solutions targeting state Medicaid and public health agencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the end-to-end campaign portfolio across all solutions, setting quarterly release plans aligned with product roadmaps and growth priorities.
  • Convert solution positioning into persona-centric narratives, offers, CTAs, and customer journeys covering awareness to action stages.
  • Produce reusable campaign kits including briefs, messaging maps, email sequences, landing pages, social content, webinars, event toolkits, and content syndication plans for state adaptation.
  • Lead cross-functional orchestration by managing intake, prioritization, timelines, and ensuring on-brand delivery while partnering with Corporate Communications on PR moments.
  • Co-plan with ABM managers, gather field feedback, localize assets, and maintain a searchable asset library with version control.
  • Launch and optimize multi-channel programs across web, microsites, webinars, events, digital ads, LinkedIn, and email, including testing and iteration.
  • Define KPIs, implement tracking, create dashboards, run A/B tests, and report on campaign impact.
  • Own the solution campaign budget and manage external partners as needed.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of B2G/B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, Medicaid, or the public sector.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns without direct staff and strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, conversion funnels, lead lifecycle, and attribution models.
  • Fluency with Salesforce, a MAP (e.g., HubSpot/Marketing Cloud), and ABM/intent platforms (e.g., Demandbase/6sense).
  • Comfortable with analytics, dashboarding, and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional brief writing, storytelling, project management skills, and reliability in meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare/Medicaid/public sector marketing preferred.

Qualifications

  • Educational background not explicitly specified, but extensive professional experience required.

Benefits & Perks

  • Generous, flexible vacation policy
  • 401(k) employer match
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Educational assistance
  • Opportunities for leadership and technical development
  • Remote work within the continental US with up to 10% travel
