About the Role

The Director of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing is responsible for building, scaling, and leading a high-performing creator-led growth program within the beauty, wellness, and tech sectors. This role involves owning the strategy and execution across influencers, user-generated content, and affiliate partnerships to drive revenue and elevate the brand as a category leader. The position is fully remote and requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to design scalable systems, leverage automation and AI, and foster authentic relationships with creators.

Key Responsibilities

Own the influencer and affiliate roadmap across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms.
Design and implement automated systems (AI tools, CRM, workflows) for sourcing, briefing, and managing creators.
Build a tiered partner strategy (macro/micro/nano) that drives both conversion and brand affinity.
Knowledge of podcast media buying or creator licensing strategies.

Requirements

Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, media buying, or related fields.
Knowledge of automation tools, AI, CRM, and workflows for managing creator relationships.
Ability to develop and execute influencer strategies across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of creator partnerships and media buying strategies.
