Director of Legal Marketing - Personal Injury

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Mass media campaign oversight, including television, billboards, and OTT streaming
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to elevate brand visibility and firm growth
• Lead creative initiatives in collaboration with the CMO to drive innovative marketing strategies
• Oversee digital and social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Plan and execute local and regional events and sponsorships to enhance community engagement
• Support business development efforts through marketing alignment (preferred but not required)
• Manage external vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Develop and oversee annual marketing budget
• Establish marketing strategy and ensure alignment with firm goals
• Set and track key performance indicators across all marketing functions
• Conduct market research and identify trends to inform marketing decisions
• Deliver regular reports on performance, ROI, and impact
• Ensure all marketing efforts meet legal and ethical compliance standards
• Direct and support a marketing team of four, including specialists in social media, videography, events and community sponsorships, and graphic design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in legal marketing or consumer-facing professional services
• Demonstrated success in mass media and digital marketing management
• Strong background in analytics, budget planning, and vendor management
• Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate directly with firm leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with business development is a plus but not required

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar
