About the Role

The SVP of Marketing (Connected Workforce) at Redzone is a strategic leadership role responsible for architecting and scaling the company's entire marketing function. The role involves shaping market presence, translating innovative value into measurable business outcomes, and leading brand and demand strategies to support hyper-growth within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize a data-driven demand engine to fuel the pipeline across all stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Scale demand generation efforts by exploring new channels, expanding the marketing team, and leveraging digital marketing and lead generation technologies.
  • Enhance Redzone's brand voice by increasing thought leadership, media presence, analyst relations, and leveraging customer stories.
  • Partner closely with the sales organization to define shared KPIs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop comprehensive customer lifecycle programs to improve engagement, drive adoption, and cultivate advocates.
  • Optimize the marketing tech stack to create scalable, repeatable processes and maximize team efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Refine market positioning to clearly articulate Redzone's value proposition and disruptive innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of transforming companies, accelerating growth, and navigating complex market shifts.
  • Ability to transition between high-level strategy and hands-on execution within CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of brand building integrated with demand generation to create market pull.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, understanding the full customer lifecycle.
  • Experience or familiarity with manufacturing or industrial tech sectors is a plus.
  • Passion for data, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
