Marketing Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls inviting prospective residents, their families, and friends to experience RSI senior independent living community.
• Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with local and professional networks serving the senior community.
• Develop and implement marketing plans in conjunction with the Director of Marketing.
• Participate in lead generating events and offer seniors tours, overnight stays, or meals to promote community benefits.
• Provide prospective residents with full customized tours, build relationships, and convert prospects into residents.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, follow-up, and closing skills with senior prospects and their children.
• Provide budget analysis of marketing expenditures and monitor return on investment.
• Update competition reports and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Assist in resident retention efforts and support the Community Administrator with assigned tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and regular attendance.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience with proven success in direct sales preferred.
• Minimum of one year generating sales leads through networking preferred.
• Prior experience in Residential Leasing.
• Experience with Align and Yardi, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferred.
• Previous experience serving senior citizens and familiarity with related laws and regulations, preferred.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, handle/lift objects, and occasionally lift up to fifty pounds.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, or climb stairs as needed.
• Most work performed in an office environment requiring operation of standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Must have close visual acuity for data analysis, reading, and computer work.

Nice to Have
