Director of Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing vision, roadmap, and results across digital, content, lifecycle, and product marketing
• Lead and grow a high-performing team with clear KPIs and development plans
• Align marketing with business goals and revenue targets
• Develop brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
• Oversee creation of educational, value-driven content and sales collateral
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (ads, SEO, email, social)
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on pipeline strategy and metrics
• Own analytics and reporting to guide priorities and scale success
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features
• Translate technical info into clear, compelling messaging
• Manage lifecycle campaigns for activation, retention, and satisfaction
• Implement tools for campaign execution and lead tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Create scalable workflows for collaboration and reporting
• Foster a data-driven, results-focused culture

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing, including leadership roles
• Experience in B2B, healthcare, or MedTech markets
• Proven success leading full-stack marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, product marketing, and lifecycle strategy
• Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and AI productivity tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and tools
• Knowledge of content creation and campaign management platforms
• Familiarity with technical product messaging

Qualifications

• Work environment involves computer-based work with moderate office noise
• Ability to commute to Clearwater, FL or relocate before starting
